Breakfast meeting

EVA organised a breakfast meeting with Professor François Heisbourg and Director Fred Tanner on April 3. Professor Heisbourg spoke about the French presidential elections and their impact on Europe. Professor Heisbourg is one of the leading European experts on foreign and security policy. He serves as Director for the geneva center for Security Policy (GCSP).
