# EVA Analysis New Formula for Management

30 young future leaders answered to questions related to leadership and management of organisations. The results indicated that the focus in management is transferring from individual efforts to teamwork. Young 30-40 year old leaders emphasised the importance of 1) ability to do teamwork, 2) ability to take responsibility and delegate work 3) ability to create a good working environment and spirit and 4) ability to think systematically.
