# Female Leadership and Firm Profitability

The findings of the EVA Analysis indicate that a company led by a female CEO is in practice about ten per cent more profitable than a corresponding company led by a male CEO. The share of female board members has a similar positive impact.

The research included all Finnish limited companies employing at least 10 persons in 2003.
