EUROPEAN BUSINESS LEADERS’ CONVENTION EBLC The European Business Leaders’ Convention (EBLC) is a forum for forward-looking discussion on Europe’s challenges and opportunities. Summits take place in Finland every two years, gathering together one hundred business leaders and experts from Europe and other parts of the world. Smaller thematic meetings are also organised in different locations depending on the subject matter at hand. The EBLC in 2009 was held under the theme “Ageing Europe in Recession – Turning Crisis into Opportunity”. Next conference will be organized in 2011 with the theme  “REBUILDING EUROPE – How to Secure European Competitiveness in a Radically Different World?” .
